All our bars come with a vehicle specific wiring harness & either a flat or round 7 pin plug, along with all mounting hardware & a rated towing tongue & ball.
Shipping
We welcome our customers to come and pickup their bar from our warehouse. Just simply let us know that you'd like to pickup when placing your order & we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. If item is in stock pickup can normally be arranged within 2 business days of order. If product is not in stock, we will let you know our ETA of the item coming back into stock. We are happy to offer free shipping on most of our products to Australia!
All current orders are dispatched using a courier service that will service your area. Currently delivery times around Australia are between 4-7 business days, this is on top of our 3-5 business days of handling for us to process order and get it to the courier.
EV Towing Australia suggests shipping the bar direct to your closest approved installer, we're also happy to send the bar direct to yourself. If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a different business address, EV Towing Australia will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged during transit or delivery. If any damage is noticed upon delivery please take photos and DO NOT accept the delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, change of mind or incorrectly purchased items.
Terms Of Sale
All fittings will be invoiced at the end of the jobs via a payment link. Acceptance of quote will require a payment of parts. An invoice will be raised and is payable upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refer the collection of any outstanding accounts to a debt collection agency without notice to you.
You agree to be liable for any recovery costs and expenses we incur as a result of the referral of the debt to a debt collection agency and furthermore you agree that section 27 (1) of the Debt Collectors (Field Agents and Collection Agents) Act 2014 (Qld) does not apply to our agreement.
In the event that the collection of the debt is referred to our lawyers, you accept liability for and indemnify us for all of our legal costs on a solicitor-client basis.
Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue daily from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment at the rate of 2% per calendar month.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
